The Ashe County Clerk of Superior Court handles court-file questions at 336-219-1400. The courthouse is at 150 Government Circle, Jefferson, NC 28640. A jail release does not resolve a charge, so use the North Carolina Judicial Branch or Clerk to check the disposition.
State and Federal Custody
